President Commissioner ACM, ACCH
Mr Wang is the Chairman and CEO of CWT International Limited, a position he has held since February 2022.
He is also Chairman and Group CEO of CWT Pte. Limited and a director of Shanghai Stock Exchange A-Share-listed HY Energy Group Co. Ltd and NASDAQ listed Tuniu Corporation. Mr Wang has management and working experience in investment and financing, financial accounting and compliance.
Prior to joining CWT, he held senior positions with Deloitte LLP UK, Hung To Capital Limited, Qingdao Haier Co., Ltd. and several companies under HNA Group.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in German from Shanghai International Studies University and a Master’s degree in Translation from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom. He is a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mr Ang is the Global CEO of Straits Financial Group, the financial services arm of CWT Group, and has more than 30 years of experience in the commodities and derivatives industry. Straits Financial has been recognized by Futures and Options World (FOW) International Awards in various categories, including Best Non-Bank FCM (Futures Commission Merchant) in Asia.
Prior to joining Straits Financial Group, Jeremy was the CEO of the Singapore Commodities Exchange, expanding the exchange from a single-product to a multi-product commodity exchange.
He also headed the SGX Asia Clear Commodities initiative, launching Asia’s first multi-asset class clearing platform offering a one-stop clearing facility for freight, energy and agricultural products.
Prior to SGX, Mr Ang was part of the management team at DBS Vickers Securities (Singapore) and the REFCO group.
President Director of ACM
Prior to joining ACM, Mr Setiabudi was the Director of ICDX from its founding in 2009 till 2013. He has been involved in the futures and derivatives industry since 2000 and founded a software vendor providing back-office systems to futures and derivatives brokerage houses in Indonesia.
Mr Setiabudi actively contributes to the formulation of the regulatory framework of the commodities trading industry in Indonesia.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Portland, Oregon, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California.
