Frequently Asked Questions

Asia Commodity Marketplace (ACM) is the Physical Commodity Market with auction mechanism which granted its official license as the market organizer from Bappebti.  Asia Commodity Clearing House (ACCH) is the clearing and guarantee institution to mitigate counterparty risk of trading in ACM.

Clearing houses serve as the “central counterparty” to the financial transactions they clear meaning that the clearing house is the buyer to a clearing member seller and seller to a clearing member buyer. In this manner, the clearing house maintains a balanced book of positions as opposed to taking on position risk itself.

ACM intends to launch Natural Rubber (Standard Indonesian Rubber) as its initial product and subsequently plans to release a suite of agricultural products, including Coffee, Cocoa and other major commodities that are produced and/or traded in Indonesia.
